God was the original and ultimate entrepreneur. In the beginning of Genesis 1, through Jesus, He created something incredible out of nothing. At the end of Genesis 1, they created man and woman in their divine image and told them to take dominion over the earth, be fruitful, and multiply. In order to accomplish these three commands we have to use divine characteristics of entrepreneurship, including faith, intelligence, creative ability, and spiritual gifts, which God displayed when He manifested the universe. To bring the kingdom of God from heaven down to earth, we must utilize Spirit-inspired entrepreneurial concepts to turn spiritual truths into practical, holistic solutions that bring real change to people's lives. That's when they will really see our lights shine and glorify God in heaven.

The current economic environment has yielded an extremely difficult employment environment for families, churches, and communities to survive, let alone thrive. Our belief is that holistic, faith-based entrepreneurship is a powerfully viable alternative to the unemployment problem faced by millions. For many people, entrepreneurship is a compelling response to the harsh realities of their unemployment problem. 

S.E.E.D.S. Builders, which stands for "Spiritually Empowered Economic Development SOULutions", is a program created to provide faith-based entrepreneurship workshops for unemployed, underemployed, and misemployed workers in our churches and communities nationwide. We emphasize a holistic, purpose centered approach to entrepreneurship that helps address the spiritual, mental, and practical aspects of unemployment. 

Our vision is to train 1 million displaced and misplaced workers so that we can rebuild people, families, and communities. Our training equips people with powerful inspiration and practical instructions to identify their God-given purpose and maximize their potential in the marketplace. We also help churches set up business incubation and networking structures that will allow the businesses that are started there to be sustainable.

With all of their giftedness, learning abilities, and skills, I really believe that we can  empower students to change the world. My goal is to help youth unleash their potential in order to find their personalized pathway to a life of accomplishment, fulfillment, and most importantly significance. I want them to know that nothing is impossible for them when they live aligned with their passion, purpose, and giftedness.

Fortunately, I have been blessed with professional and personal experiences that allow me to bring a unique perspective to working with and developing youth. I use these diverse experiences to create customizable, high impact programs that are designed to help middle school, high school and college students discover their unique qualities, expand their vision, and catalyze their potential. 
In my programs, I teach youth how to find and flourish in their life mission by  discovering, developing, and driving their dreams. They will learn how to live passionately on purpose, while creating opportunities for generational prosperity for themselves and others.
