I'm excited that I was able to launch the Dream Catalyst Prayer Call this past Sunday and serve you in this capacity. Your dreams are important to God and I'm here to support you as you pursue your purpose for Him. During the week please feel free to join our Dream Catalyst Prayer Facebook Group and post your prayer requests here: https://www.facebook.com/groups/738250132924286/ After each call I will post the recording so if you miss the call you can come to my web site and listen to catch up. Also, this will be a great way for you to hear the devotional teachings again. The devotional that preceded the prayer was focused on Joseph and the choices he had to continually make to see his dreams come true although he was unaware that he was moving in the right direction. Enjoy and I look forward to your feedback! Please leave your comments below... A few days ago a major shock reverberated through the Christian world. Dr. Myles Munroe, his wife, and 7 other precious lives were killed in a tragic plan crash in Freeport, Bahamas while on their way to a leadership conference. Dr. Munroe was more than just a TV preacher. He was one of the most profound Biblical teachers the world has ever known. His books, such as Kingdom Principles, In Pursuit of Purpose, and Maximize Your Potential, helped me develop a deep understanding of the Kingdom of God on the earth and my role in it. In this message below, recorded a few years ago at Bishop T.D. Jakes Manpower Conference, he discusses the profound need for men to have dreams and visions that are connected to their God-given purpose. Watch and apply... Dr. Munroe will definitely be missed, but his powerful Kingdom teachings for men and women of God will live on.

When we engage Christ’s mind, we not only get his perspective on things, we also get access to all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge in the universe. In the video below as I explain this dynamic of tapping into His mind and activating the divine characteristics of entrepreneurship that He put in you. Enjoy... Leave your comments...

Isaiah 48:17 Do you realize that God's plans for you do not include you living in fruitless frustration? His desire is that you would prosper in every way. Unfortunately, many Christians have not understood or embraced the principles and strategies God uses to transform their spiritual relationship with Him into a prosperous life. One of these principles is to recognize in scripture that miracles most often occurred when God's ideas were manifested through human obedience.
That's why I know that my highly anticipated forthcoming book, Inc. My Dream: A God Inspired Process to Turn Your BIG Idea Into A Dream Business, will equip you to be able to transform the ideas God gives you into profitable businesses that glorifies Him and transforms lives. Just go to www.incmydream.com to learn more about this unique and dynamic resource that will help you make the successful transition from dreaming about business to doing it! I look forward to your comments below... "A dream comes through a multitude of business…" Ecclesiastes 5:3 The source of everything that's in existence was once an idea. Joel 2 tells us that God gets His ideas into the earth through dreams and visions. One purpose of this process is to provide us with the tangible activities that we are to engage in order to manifest His Kingdom. And for many people those ideas can be turned into Kingdom businesses that help fulfill your purpose and fund God's work.
So why don't we see more Christians having major success in business? The challenge for a large percentage of them is they are unaware of an effective process or strategy to transform a God-idea into an enterprise. Too many give excuses as to why the idea won't work, allowing it to lay dormant and it never produces fruit in their lives. For others, failed attempts lead to frustration and feelings that the idea maybe "wasn't meant to be." It seems like only a precious few are able to transform their ideas into profitable ventures. The truth is if God is releasing ideas into the world through dreams and visions, He intends His ideas to yield results that benefit you and others. God doesn't do "trial and error." He always produces a positive return on His investments (Isaiah 55). The question is will you be the one that produces the harvest or shall God look for another? That's why I'm so excited to announce that my highly anticipated forthcoming book, Inc. My Dream: A God Inspired Process to Turn Your BIG Idea Into A Dream Business, will walk you through the process of getting an idea from God and building a business strategy around it so it can become profitable and sustainable. James 1 tells us that we shouldn't be hearers of the Word without doing it. Likewise, we shouldn't be dreamers with big ideas who never follow through on implementing the ideas that God gives us. He is providing us an opportunity to be stewards of His ideas in the earth. If you're ready to take up that challenge, I'm ready to help you. Proverbs 16:9 Today is the day we are celebrating the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. And as is often the case on this holiday, in reflecting and commenting on his life many people are going to reference what he so eloquently articulated as his dream. This of course is a great thing. You know what else is great? When you discover God's dream for you and you live on purpose to accomplish it. However, I wonder how many people have chosen to live for something that is an alternative pathway compared to what God has intentionally designed for you? I suspect it's far, far greater than what most people would like to admit. "For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." - Jeremiah 29:11 Many people live in pursuit of a dream that's different or far smaller in scope than what God has planned for them. His plans and expectations for us are so far beyond what we see for ourselves, but, unfortunately, many people settle for what they can see not what God has for them. Fortunately, we have a wonderful example in Dr. King of living a B.I.G. dream based on God's purpose for his life.
From the perspective of his life, here are five key characteristics to assess whether you are living your dream or God's:
So do you need to reevaluate your dream? I look forward to your comments below... "Don't copy the behavior and customs of this world, but let God transform you into a new person by changing the way you think. Then you will learn to know God's will for you, which is good and pleasing and perfect." Romans 12:2 Lately I've been thinking a lot about the power of our ideas. Everything that we experience everyday was once an idea. And everything that we will experience in the future will be the result of yours or someone else's idea. God designed you with the most creative force on the planet - your mind. How you use it will determine how purposeful and prosperous your life will be. This reminds me of a guest blog I wrote a few years ago. Enjoy... ********************
You are what you eat. This is not just a principle of your physical health. It's also a principle of your mental health. You simply can't eat a mental junk food diet and stay mentally healthy. If you consistently feed your mind with media or conversations that are full of negative and destructive words, actions, and images, then you will spend a lot of your time dealing with negativity in your mind. RELATED: The Entrepreneurial Mind of Christ: Applying Kingdom Strategies that Build Business Success Conversely, if you spend more of your time filling your mind with positive or constructive words, actions, and images, it will be much easier for you to engage positive thoughts to counterattack the negative thoughts when they come. The result is that over time, your actions will prove to be more constructive rather than destructive for yourself and others. Know thyself, feed thyself. Many people say their media intake doesn't affect their behavior, yet over time their actions become a representation of what they have been eating. Just because something is popular doesn't mean it's good for you. Similar to a world-class athlete who disciplines her body to beat her competition, you must condition your mind to beat your spiritual and natural competition. You will not be able eat what everyone else is eating and stay ahead of them at the same time. If you want to move beyond your competition, you have to do things differently. To get the kink out of your think, change your intake. Be very selective with what you watch, what you listen to, who you listen to, and what you read. Eat only those things that will build and edify your character and propel your life in a positive direction. You will gain the courage you need to make positively powerful decisions that benefit you and those connected to you. What do you think? Through his leadership and hard work this organization started a school, orphanage, HIV/AIDS clinic, and job skills training center for youth and young adults. In May 2004 his church and MAP's offices were demolished by the local government based on the enforcement of eminent domain at the direction of the new governor. Nearly 8 years of work was destroyed in less than 48 hours.
