One of the most important things that I want to help youth (and adults) understand is the difference between success and significance.
~ Success: What you accomplish for yourself.
~ Significance: What you accomplish that impacts/influences the success of others.
You can achieve success for yourself and be happy. However, you can achieve greatness through significant contributions to your family, school, church, community, etc.

Fortunately, I have been blessed with professional and personal experiences that allow me to bring a unique perspective to working with and developing youth.
