Paul Wilson, Jr. is the founder, President and Chief Inspiration Officer of Biznovations, LLC. Biznovations inspires and designs creative solutions that empower individuals and companies to maximize financial and social profitability. They design and implement innovative strategies and processes that help organizations reach their operational, financial, and community goals. Paul also authors the blogs, Dream B.I.G. in 3D! and Biznovations.net, leadership catalysts for those who want to live more purposeful, passionate, and  prosperous lives.

Due to his subject matter expertise and excellent facilitation skills, Paul has been a featured workshop trainer for several organizations, including the National Football League* (NFL), Georgia Minority Supplier Development Council (GMSDC), Utility Purchasing Management Group (UPMG), Edison Electric Institute Supplier Diversity Conference (EEI), and many others.

Prior to launching WIA, Paul worked in corporate America as a small business consultant. He was responsible for providing intensive leadership development and operations management consulting to small business owners. During this time, he coordinated performance improvement and capacity building activities through a mentor/protégé program, allowing small business owners to strategically position their companies for long-term success.

Paul also designed a comprehensive employee and leadership development program, enhancing each employee’s ability to perform current jobs, as well as prepare them for future opportunities. Prior to this project, he participated in that company’s Professional Development Program, a highly selective, 18-month rotational program, whose candidates are selected for strengths in leadership, academics, team skills, communication, and experience.

Paul completed a Masters of Science in Organization and Management from Capella University in 2005, graduating with a 4.0 grade point average. For his undergraduate studies, he attended the University of San Diego where he played safety for the football team. He graduated from USD in 1998 with a Bachelors of Business Administration.

Those who have worked with Paul describe him as being professional in dealing with all levels of management, clients, and customers. He is very well versed in critical aspects of successful leadership, business and life development; has excellent communication skills; and is driven to solve problems and get results.

On a personal level, he is deeply committed to impacting his local community. Until recently, he lead a youth leadership development program at his church in Marietta, GA, which educates, equips, and inspires middle and high school students to impact their schools and communities through academic excellence, life skills development, economic empowerment, and social awareness.
